The Inside Out

I've turned the inside out
I was not afraid
It gets painful
But it waters me
Growing braver
I become less afraid
To love
Without having you
A pure love without strings
I won't frighten you
I will stay away
Waiting for you
to get what you want
It's a need
Not greed
It's the intercede
Created to be
    I'm not bad
    Like you think men are
    I'm just sad
    Wondering how long
    It will take for you
I don't want to say I've found a better way
I've turned the inside out
It gets painful
But it waters me
Growing braver
I become less afraid
To love
I think Jesus will be proud
I think I found the way it should be

By:  Roger Harkness

Women are soft on the outside and hard on the inside, it gives them backbone, makes them strong in their own way. Men are hard on the
outside and soft in the middle. The middle needs the shell to protect it and could not survive on the outside.
