Interpret A Dream

It takes me hours
But I finally kill myself to sleep
When I awake
I put myself to death
With another cigarette
I'm all you have left
If I leave, you'll die
Your heart grows weak
How much longer can I keep you alive
I want my brothers and sisters back
You gave them away for free
And now you're in need
