Just Walk On

A knife in my back
I will not crawl
But walk tall
Wisdom of the ages whispers
Go on
Just walk on
Don't turn back
Nothing there anyways
Just dead bones
Walking and a talking
Thinking they know something
When they know nothing at all
Your love was tall
Your gifts were giving
You offered your living
They gave nothing except small laughter
Go on
Just walk on
Don't turn back
Nothing there anyways
