Lost In Space

Lost in space
Without a trace
    of innocence

Don't know where you're at
Don't know why you're doing it
You haven't been watching the compass
Now you're off course

Watch the birds fly south
See the sun rise and fall
Study the movement of the stars
Everything has a way
A beginning and an end
Energy is never lost
But transformed again and again

Just look around you
And see where you're at
You know where you need to go
