Without Disguise

Just before the sun rise
You are without disguise
I see you and touch your face
You smile
Without disgrace
But when the night turns to daylight
I know it was just a dream
Where hurt is right and pleasure insane
I look at you and wonder
How do we get back to the place we do not hide
Where pleasure is not insanity
But a guide
And hurt does not take a ride
